The Operations Review service examines your computer operations management practices and procedures so that Hewlett Packard Enterprise can make recommendations for improving your operations environment. The focus is on finding ways to improve the availability of your primary applications.
The HPE consultant conducts interviews with representatives from your operations staff, observes computer room activities, and collects procedural information and documentation. HPE presents the preliminary findings in an exit meeting held at your site. The service concludes with a final written report and presentation that summarizes our findings and recommendations.
The HPE consultant works closely with your operations staff to identify major areas of improvement, recommended changes, and determines where additional efforts by HPE specialists may be useful. The HPE consultant identifies ways to standardize and automate your operations environment, thereby improving the overall efficiency of your systems operations.
